Fantastic support from Resilience Neuro Rehab. My daughter who had a stroke has been able to benefit from the most high tech equipment and specialist staff. This has really supported her in her rehab programme. I would highly recommend this service.

The centre is in a beautiful location and equipped with the latest equipment designed and engineered for neurological physiotherapy. Far from being clinical, the environment feels calm, relaxing, and inspiring. But what really makes Resilience different is the staff. Kind, knowledgeable, professional and caring, the physios and OTs go out of their way to make you feel at ease so you can get the most from your session. I would recommend the centre to anyone who wants a neuro physiotherapist who will give them the time, attention and one-to one approach they need.

This place is absolutely fantastic! We came here for neuro-rehabilitation, and the experience has been outstanding. The facilities are exceptional, with some of the most advanced robotic and rehabilitation technology I’ve seen anywhere in the country. The physiotherapists and occupational therapists are incredibly skilled, supportive, and experienced. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality neuro-rehab and genuine care.

Frequently Asked Questions

We welcome referrals from individuals, families, case managers, solicitors, clinicians, therapists, and insurers. You don’t need a GP referral to get started.

No – our centres are non-residential, outpatient services, dedicated hubs where people can access specialist neurorehabilitation, interdisciplinary therapists and advanced therapy technology while living at home or in the community.

The Resilience Therapy Centres are open to people with a wide range of needs, including:

  • Brain injury
  • Stroke
  • Spinal cord injury
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)
  • Post-concussion syndrome
  • Sports and upper limb injuries
  • Amputation and complex trauma
  • Balance, mobility, and vestibular problems
  • Complex sports injuries

We’ll arrange an initial consultation with one of our specialists to understand your goals and challenges. From there, we’ll carry out a clinical assessment and recommend a personalised therapy plan.

We’ll begin by talking with you, or your representative, about your neurological condition, how it affects everyday activities, and what you would like to achieve. We’ll also discuss your general health and current medication.

Your therapist will then assess your movement, strength, muscle tone, coordination, balance and joint mobility. This may involve watching you move and gently moving your limbs.

Neurotech Discovery Sessions take around 90 minutes.

Please bring:

  • An up-to-date list of your medication.
  • Any relevant medical reports or letters.
  • Any splints you currently use.
  • Any exercise programmes you’ve been given.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and supportive footwear. Shorts, sleeveless tops or layers that are easy to remove can help your therapist assess your movement while keeping you comfortable.

All programmes are tailored, data-led, and built around your needs. We use a combination of robotics, motion analysis, electrical stimulation, and expert hands-on therapy to support your recovery.
